What happens after the 7-day free trial?+
You continue at the regular monthly price - unless you subscribe during launch to lock in the launch price.
How do I lock the launch price?+
Start a paid subscription during the launch period. Launch pricing (about 30% off) is then locked for your first 12 months. To hold it for longer, prepay for 5 years and lock in our launch rate for the full 5 years.
Can I pay annually?+
Yes - pay annually and get 2 months free in your first year (about 17% off). The 2-month credit is an introductory offer for your first year; annual renewals after that are billed 12 months at your rate. Annual launch subscribers also keep launch pricing for 12 months and get priority onboarding.
Can we lock the launch price for 5 years?+
Yes - prepay for 5 years and lock in our launch rate for the full 5 years, whatever happens to our published prices in the meantime. Your first year carries the usual 2-month introductory credit, and years 2 to 5 are billed 12 months each at the locked rate. The 2-month credit and the 5-year lock are alternatives rather than additions - the lock is worth considerably more over the term. Quenta Payroll is metered per payroll run and is billed separately on its own monthly cycle, so it isn't part of a prepaid term. Talk to us and we'll set it up.
Is Quenta Payroll available on every plan?+
Yes. Quenta Payroll is an add-on on every plan, including MSME Starter, at ₱49 per employee per payroll run with a ₱500 monthly minimum - the minimum applies to every month payroll is switched on, whether or not you post a run. Payroll is billed from the first run you post — it isn't part of the free trial — and it bills on its own monthly invoice separate from your subscription. Philippine payroll done right: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG & BIR withholding, DTR, payslips, 13th month, and employee self-service.
Can MSME Starter add more users or branches?+
No - MSME Starter is a single-user plan. Additional users and branches are available from Growth and higher. (Quenta Payroll, however, is available on every plan.)
Are OCR documents limited?+
Each plan includes a monthly document allowance. Additional document packs are available as add-ons.
Is Enterprise monthly or custom?+
Enterprise is custom. The launch implementation package starts at ₱99,999.
